EETSA wanted to develop a toolkit for enforcement staff, designed to assist with taking enforcement action under the Enterprise Act 2002. We took our understanding of the enforcement process and created a new, interactive CD-ROM which allowed users to ‘drill-down’ into specific areas of enforcement procedure.
